Bleeding Inside

Don't worry dear, I will go lock my heart in a box and let it suffocate so it doesn't bother you anymore.

I am alone, but don't be concerned! 

I'll hide all the broken glass inside myself and let it cut me apart.

I'll choke all my emotions down as they rise like blood in my throat and steal my breath.

I'll bury the dark thoughts in my mind and let them turn to poison.

This is the best way.

And I'll smile through the agony even though its fake.

This is killing me, but don't worry!

Just so I won't upset you at all.

So you don't get uncomfortable.

Don't be upset dear, we both know its the best thing.

After all you could never handle my pain anyway.

Cheer up sweetie, can't you see me crying tears of joy that are insincere? 

Its all for your benefit, so enjoy it darling and pretend you can't see!
